Well another busy day at work.I get into work about 7am and leave for home at 6.30pm.it takes about an hour to get to work
in the morning and about 1.30hrs to get home.So a long day.Anyone wishing to be a chef for a
living it's full of long days.
It is not the type of
job you do for the money you have to love it.
We have a new junior school which takes my mornings up
traveling back and forwards to help get them stable.Having young kids to cook for is great. They are
lovely.i get
back to my main kitchen about lunch time and help out there.
We cook for about 1000 students at the main kitchen 300 at our 6
th form block and 100 at the junior school.I am very lucky to have a great group of chefs cooking at the kitchens. They make my life a bit
easier.
After lunch I get on to doing the orders and creating new dishes for the new menu's.
I always have a camera on me as I am a
armature photographer so I am always looking for the
opportunity to take a picture. As you can see I am also
dyslexic so you have to put up with my spelling.
MUSIC
I listen to my music
I feel it in my ears
It spreds down throw my body
and makes feel quit good.
It gives an inner happiness
and my sole jumps with the notes
thank god for my mp player
